This service provides AI-assisted content creation (text, image, and video generation) for marketing purposes. Generation requests are processed using third-party AI providers; your prompts and any uploaded photos are transmitted to those providers to produce results.

2. Accounts & Subscriptions

Access requires a paid subscription, billed monthly via Stripe. Plans and pricing are described on the Pricing page. You may cancel or change your plan at any time through the billing portal; access continues through the end of the current billing period.

3. Content You Submit

You are responsible for the prompts, text, and images you submit, and must have the right to use any photo you upload (including your own likeness). Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have permission to use.

4. Generated Content

Results are provided to you at the time of generation and are not stored by this service beyond short-lived temporary hosting needed to deliver them. Save or download anything you want to keep. Generated content is provided "as is"; AI outputs may be inaccurate or unsuitable for a given purpose, and you are responsible for reviewing results before use.

5. Acceptable Use

No unlawful, abusive, or infringing use of the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
